ACCESS INCENTIVE

Within 10 business days of Brand Ambassadorship and every 6 months thereafter while the Brand Ambassadorship is in effect the Brand Ambassador will provide IGOTREGENMED access to the name, email & phone numbers of their existing customer database for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.

BANNER INCENTIVE

While the Brand Ambassadorship is in effect IGOTREGENMED will lend to the Brand Ambassador a large retractable banner to be placed in a high traffic area within the Brand Ambassador's physical location for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.

CONTACT INCENTIVE

Once a month while the Brand Ambassadorship is in effect the Band Ambassador will contact their existing customer base via email and/or text on behalf of IGOTREGENMED for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.

FLYER INCENTIVE

While the Brand Ambassadorship is in effect IGOTREGENMED will lend to the Brand Ambassador a small flyer to be placed in a high traffic area within the Brand Ambassador's physical location for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.

LINK INCENTIVE

While the Brand Ambassadorship is in effect the Brand Ambassador will place a link on their website directed to IGOTREGENMED for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.

REVIEW INCENTIVE

Within 10 business days of Brand Ambassadorship the Brand Ambassador will write a review for IGOTREGENMED on all approved websites and social media platforms to be used for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.

SHARE INCENTIVE

While the Brand Ambassadorship is in effect the Brand Ambassador will follow & once a month share IGOTREGENMED on all approved Social Media platforms to be used for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.

VIDEO INCENTIVE

Within 10 business days of Brand Ambassadorship the Brand Ambassador will provide IGOTREGENMED with an introduction and/or testimonial video lasting no longer than 60 seconds to be used for marketing purposes.

AGREE - I would like to earn this incentive.

DISAGREE - I would NOT like to earn this incentive.
